The dietary diary of self-monitoring of food consumption for people with Hashimoto’s disease

The diary is based on the user's own activity and is used to monitor day by day food consumption by people with Hashimoto's disease. The use of the diary is intended to improve the quality of the diet of these people. The diary contains specific dietary recommendations tailored to the needs of people with Hashimoto's disease, which were prepared based on a comprehensive review of the literature and scientific evidence.

The Diet4Hashi diary can also be used by people with hypothyroidism and without other health disorders requiring a therapeutic diet.

The diary has a simple graphic-textual form and contains 13 food items, including 7 food items recommended for consumption (vegetables excluding raw cruciferous vegetables, foods rich in calcium, fruit, whole grains, animal foods rich in zinc, animal foods rich in selenium, nuts/seeds) and 6 food items with recommended consumption reduction (raw cruciferous vegetables, sweets/sugar/honey, sweetened beverages/energy drinks, fast foods, soybean/millet, alcohols), along with the recommended consumption frequency per day/week/month.
